Ke$ha, the 23-year-old pop star is Billboard magazine’s Hot 100 Artist of the Year. On latest issue of Billboard, Ke$ha is featured enjoying a champagne shower. She began her career at 18 but her first single “Tik Tok” gave her major breakthrough and added to her popularity.
Ke$ha, Billboard’s Hot 100 Artist of the Year is also named as Billboard’s Top New Artist. She told the magazine, “I pretty much feel like I’ve been reborn into this completely different existence. My entire life has become making music and playing shows, and I love it.”

Talking about Kesha’s upcoming gig, she is all set to begin her first headlining tour Get Sleazy in 2010 and will be performing in North America and Australia.
